Rachel teaches dynamic yoga classes inspired by vinyasa flow in the style of Baron Baptiste, Dharma Yoga, and Bhakti yoga. She believes in the power of of this practice to help develop strength, flexibility, balance and mental resilience. Rachel loves working with beginners and those who are intimidated by yoga, and her classes are grounding, energizing, and down-to-earth. When she teaches, Rachel will ask you to be kind to yourself, release your expectations, and to dig deep. As she says, "You don't need any experience. You don't need to be able to touch your toes.
